Here are some tips to help ensure that your WHISPERWISP candles burn efficiently:

Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.

Before burning, trim the wick to ¼ inches.

Let the candle completely cool before re-lighting it.

Candles should be burned at 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit.

Clear the wax pool of wick trimmings, matches, and debris.

Place at least 8 inches apart multiple candles when burning.

After blowing out your candle, center and straighten the wick.

For best results, burn regular size candles for 3–4 hours at a time.

Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, fans, and air currents.

Are scented candles triggers for asthma or allergies ?

While millions of people regularly use scented candles without experiencing any negative side effects, it is always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in those who are sensitive to scents. It is recommended that individuals with known sensitivities to specific fragrances avoid candles with those scents. Additionally, consumers should remember to burn all candles, whether scented or unscented, in a well-ventilated area. Please consult your physician if you have any further questions or concerns.

Since WhisperWISP is a100% cruelty-freebrand, no animal testing is performed on the product.

What ingredients do you use in your scented candles ?

*As our candle wax formula is a proprietary trade secret, we do not publicly disclose its ingredients.

We specialise in the use of natural plant-based ingredients.

CANDLE INGREDIENTS: All of our scented candles are made primarily with an all-natural soy wax base.

FRAGRANCE INGREDIENTS: Our essential oil fragrances are formulated with synthetic fragrances that are non-toxic, stronger, longer lasting, complex, and just as safe as pure natural fragrances. In addition, synthetic fragrances are easier to manufacture because their ingredients are consistent.

CANDLE WICK: We use all natural cotton wicks and our wicks do not use metal wicks or any type of metal so they are lead free.

CONTAINERS: For our containers, we used reusablehigh-clear glass jars and small, high-clear, flame-retardant round candles.

Why does my candle no longer smell as strong as it used to ?

It is possible for a person to become "nose blind" to a fragrance at times. Known as "odor fatigue," this condition is caused by prolonged contact with an aroma, such as by using the same home fragrance every day for weeks, months, or years. As a precaution against "nose blindness," we recommend varying the fragrances in your home from room to room if possible or changing them periodically every few months if possible.

Do WHISPERWISP products work well for families with children and pets ?

We ensure that all raw materials, aromatherapy formulas and formula ratios comply with international safety standards. These products are made from environmentally friendly, natural and vegan ingredients that are safe for children and pets.

Make sure that the products are stored out of reach of children and pets and that the room is well ventilated to prevent accidents.

Order Processing Time

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time. 

Processing time: 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

USA. Shipping Time: 2-5 business days.

AUS Shipping Time: 5-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Depending on the type of delivery assigned to your order, you will either be provided with the tracking information or be contacted to confirm a scheduled delivery date.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order ?

We will be able to cancel an online order after it has been placed if you contact us within 3 hours, during our business hours, by email at support@whisperwisp.com. Your request will be accommodated as best as possible.

Once UPS has picked up your order from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until you receive the shipment.


If you would like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for that item.

Lost or Stolen Paclages ?

Send a photo of the damaged product to support@whisperwisp.com and we will discuss a replacement or a discount.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.
